Taping & Strapping

Taping & strapping refers to a temporary bracing that is placed around your foot or leg in order to relieve pain caused by conditions such as plantar fasciitis, to treat joint, ligament or muscular injuries, as well as to help prevent re-injury during physical activity.

Thomas’ strength & conditioning programmes are designed to (p)rehab all primary and secondary foot and ankle conditions, including pain in the knee, hip or back.

Nails & Skin

We have a range of skin and nail treatments designed to suit your needs. Common treatments include:

  • Debridement of calluses, corns and verrucae
  • Removal of small foreign bodies
